A man is suing Bayer and other drug makers for paying kickbacks to doctors to prescribe the drug.

The lawsuit claims that Bayer, a health-conscious drug maker, is defying federal laws by paying kickbacks to physicians to prescribe Levitra and Cialis, respectively.

The lawsuit, filed by a German national, says the agreement between the two companies was made to cover medical expenses and lost sales in the United States.

Bayer, which makes Levitra and Cialis, is among the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world.

In 2005, Bayer paid out more than $40 million to doctors for prescribing the drug. The money was paid in cash, but was not used to cover other costs, including lost sales.

But in 2013, Bayer paid more than $100 million to doctors for medical bills and other expenses related to the drug.

The lawsuit claims that Bayer violated the False Claims Act by paying kickbacks to physicians who prescribed the drug to them.

The suit claims that Bayer improperly disclosed information about its medical coverage, including information about Levitra and Cialis, the side effects of the drug and a list of medications that doctors prescribe.

In addition, Bayer said that it violated the False Claims Act by paying kickbacks to doctors for prescribing the drug to them, which violated the Federal Trade Commission Act.

The suit seeks $2.3 billion in costs and attorneys fees and a $1.3 billion settlement in the class action suit.

The suit was filed in U. S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

According to the lawsuit, Bayer’s and other drug makers and its executives knew about Levitra’s risks and promoted it, but they were not aware of the drug’s potential side effects.

“Bayer’s and other drug makers knew that Levitra and Cialis were unsafe for their patients and that Levitra was associated with serious side effects,” the suit said.

It also said that Bayer knew of Levitra’s risks and promoted it, but it was not aware of Levitra’s risks.

The suit seeks $1.6 billion in costs and attorneys fees and a $1.1 billion settlement in the class action.

“Bayer was aware of the risks that Levitra posed, but it was not aware of the benefits that Levitra gave patients,” the suit said.

It also said Bayer’s and other drug makers’ knowledge of Levitra’s risks, but they were not aware of the possible side effects of Levitra.

The suit also seeks $1.8 billion in costs and $1.2 billion in attorneys fees.
